Default flush heater core

is there any threads here that would help me flush a heater core on a 2004 CTS. the hoses disappear out of the fire wall. the radiator hose is hot and the heater hoses are luke warm.

Normally a garden hose to the return to reverse flow and flush debris out. If it doesn't work you would need heater core

slowroll, I see where the heater hoses are located coming from the heater core, where can you find the other end to connect the hose?
thanks
