Default CTS 2003 Service Charging System

Before I get into this, I will rule out what we've done so far:
  • We've determined the battery and alternator is fine from three different testing diagnostics.
  • We've bought a new battery, the service charge notification pops up. We bought an Interstate Battery MTP Group 78, CCA 800 CA 1000.
  • We've replaced the terminal side bolts.
  • We've revised the fuses.
  • We've revised the battery sensor.

For the past two years the notification continued to pop up and go off. The volts has always been between the appropriate ranges of 13.1 to 14.0. The car has been running flawlessly since. Because we have found no faults to its performance, this issue is not imperative at the moment but we're continuing to rule out all possibilities. What do you guys think?
