Hello folks,
My 2016 CTS came with a heated steering wheel, which my arthritic hands appreciate, even in the summer. When the car hit 20,000 miles, the wheel quit working. Even though it never got as hot as the wheel on my Bmw, it was better than nothing. the dealer checked it, and agreed to replace it with a new wheel. They did so yesterday. Unfortunately, this wheel doesn't get very warm, although it gets warm in all the locations on the wheel that do not have double-leather thickness. Is there any way I can test the temp on the wheel so that I can decide if this wheel is not getting hot enough? It never gets close to the heat that the Bmw puts out.

Heated steering wheel quit working on my 2016 XTS replace the steering wheel and it still does not work. It does not show any fuses in any of the three fuse boxes for the steering wheel?
