Default 2010 CTS 4 reduced engine power service traction control after car wash

Everytime after I run my car through the car wash it goes into reduced engine power and service traction control. I recently had the timing chains, tensioners, cam sensor oil change and was running great. After that both times I washed my car this happened. If I let it sit for a couple of days it goes away. Anyone have a a suggestion as to how I can Solve this issue??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Most likely one or more wheel speed sensors or their wiring is causing a problem. I don't think any of the other engine work done would be related to the new issue. Check the wiring of the 4 wheel speed sensors, or have the car scanned, the specific wheel speed sensor will be noted as the source of the problem. That it goes away when things dry out indicates a bad wire or bad ground somewhere.
