My wife's car is a 2009 Cadillac CTS. Last year it began giving us trouble, usually when it's been sitting and it's hot outside, she gets in, turns the key -- it clicks but nothing else. After trying this several times, suddenly it starts right up normally. We took it to the Cadillac dealer -- extended warranty with $200 deductible. They kept it a week, found nothing wrong, charges us $160, and for some odd reason it seemed to continue working -- until now. All warranties expired, now it's doing it a lot. Over the weekend I used it, and sure enough, it took about 20 times before it started.

Has anyone else heard of this problem? We have no idea what it is, what it might cost, or if the dadblamed thing is even fixable. I'd like to hear comments.
