2008 CTS4 with the 3.6 direct injection engine. Bought this as a project. Battery cable has been cut between the alternator and the engine harness. Am I correct that this wire travels through the harness and to the starter? If so, this car should start, but wont charge, correct? Also found a passkey module and a module that is also a passkey/alarm/remote start module. Anyone familiar with these? Is there anything I need to do to these aftermarket modules since the battery has been disconnects for a month?
