When I go to start my car I turn the key and all I get is a click click click noise. Sometimes I pop the hood and play with the battery cables and that seems to do the trick. But today I have noticed that it isn't working. However I find that if I turn the steering wheel while I try to start the car it turns right over. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong??

 

I dot know if this I related at all but it seems like when I use the remote to arm the locks the horn is now very quiet all of a sudden

 

loose cables maybe?
