03 cts nav stereo left buttons problems

03 cts nav stereo left buttons problems

I just purchased a 03 cts and the left buttons on the nav stereo don't work at all volume, info, nav, cd etc they don't even light up, rights buttons work perfectly can anyone help me with this, any suggestions as what could it be
