Hello everyone, this is my first time on here. I have never had any issues with my CTS until recently. My 6 Disc changer LOAD button will no longer load CD's. I can eject them. The MAIN menu button also is not working. The NAV button will say intializing and then disc not accepted. I am assuming I am going to have to order a whole new unit, but thought I'd throw this question out there first.:

 

Dealer...I know...may be able to update radio software to correct it, if not radio will need to be replaced and programmed by dealer. Only dealer service personnel can access programming to make radio work correctly. Software updating is normally required before replacing radio. Used radio has to have same part number of original and dealer will still have to program it to to car.( so it works )
