I just bought a new CT6, straight after delivery the AC did not work.

Seems like the Air condition was not checked prior to delivery by GM. There is not cold air at all. I could hear hissing noise from the ac vents.

I took it back to the dealer and they have still now updated me on the issue, its been there since 2 days.

This was very disappointing ......................

 

There really has not been a correct and total check before you deliver the car. It's pretty eerie, because they do the necessary checks. I have heard that there are such failures when machines are produced in the factory, but they do not reach customers. Usually it is returned to the factory and the error is removed. Aircon you could repair it personally, but it would not be fair on the part of those who sold your car to you. I recommend you to ask for some compensation, because because of this error you will lose both time and without the car you will be a certain period, which creates discomfort
