RE: Really stuck new FUEL PUMP not working
Trying to follow the replies on this one. Are we sure we are getting adequate fuel to the Carb? Disconnect line and put a container under it and crank it. Maybe the fuel line is partially blocked. You could also disconnect lines from pump to carbto clear the line. Also check carb gaskets and mounting bolts to be certain there is no vacuum leak. Also verify all vacuum ports and hoses on carb are properly routed and in good condition. Failing all suggestions, I'd be turning my attention to the carb.

RE: Really stuck new FUEL PUMP not working
haha... no i just filled her up this week. i got the fuel pump changed just fine, everything went well with that. It just isn't quite right still, but she's where she should be now so it's not such a rush and i can take my time and go through everything very thuroughly and get her done right.
so i'm good now on this issue! thanks for all your help fellas. i'll be back with another question real soon i'm sure!
but i'll be around!
