caddy won't start

Default caddy won't start
68 cad coupedeville convertible replaced starter/solenoid and regulator..still won't start. Strong battery key on 1 turn it clicks once

Help! Ran great up till this

Try re-installing the starter...it may be "c ocked" in there, and binding up. Either that, or the wiring wasn't put back on in the correct locations....
