Default Replacing Fuel Injectors

I thought this was a job I could do and it came out just fine. To limit mistakes, I made a checklist of the steps to remove the fuel injectors and just worked backwards to re-install. I offer that list to others who may want to try this.

Hi Steve, Thanks for posting the directionsi!!!A video i watched said to take out two transmission bolts to raise the engine to make it easier to get at the spark plugs. he also removed the radiator fans and shroud. Do you think removing these things would make the job any easier? t

This is a very old thread, Steve has not been active since 5/13. Spark plugs suck. They aren't easy, with luck wire boots come off easily. 2 in the rear are the worst because of AIR hoses. Taking hood sticks loose and raising hood as far as possible will help. Small hands are also helpful. A variety of short extensions, several different spark plug sockets, and a long flex handle ratchet. Don't be in a hurry.
