1987 Allante cranks but wont turn over. Also system fault shows up in DIC and the cooling fans runs. Is this connected or separate issues as they both started at the same time. Any ideas on how to correct this?

 

Possibly connected. You need to check codes first Information is in FAQ related to OBD. Press off and warmer buttons on a/c control head for a few seconds dash will "flash" then codes will display. With no start a fuel pressure gauge, spark tester, and noid light( injector test light ) would be handy. You need to determine what is missing injector pulse, spark, or fuel pressure. Since it will crank going to assume VATS is not disabling starting
