I have a 1991 Deville, which recently started having problems going from park into drive upon starting the car. It will eventually go into gear, but I cannot tell if it is a brake problem or a transmission problem. Seems that if I pump the brakes eventually it will go into gear, but also will go into gear without pumping the brakes. Have checked transmission fluid and brake fluid and both are fine. Recently changed the Master Cylinder and checked brakes all around and they are fine. Only current issue I'm aware of is front driver side speed sensor is bad. Any ideas what the problem might be???
