by decreasing the cir***ferential velocitity using air pumps to oscillate the contact time of the brake pad the wheels are encouraged to slow down in a not so abrupt manner this prevents skids that could cause steering impossibillity and tus preventing crashes the this causes a decrease in tire/steering stiffness .it does however create a longer /slightly/ distance capability their is supposed to be a very sensitive algorithm
