The other day i was driving home from work and noticed my rear right drum brake was locked up. I made it home without it catching fire. I went to look for the release handle and noticed their is none. I looked it up in my shop manual and it appears to have a vacuum release instead of a manual release? I have not done anything with it since the brakes locked up. Shouldn't their be a manual release handle there somewhere? anyone ever have a problem with this or can give me some advise?
