1994 eldorado stuck in 2nd

1994 eldorado stuck in 2nd

My 94 eldo was stuck in 3rd, P029 solenoid code.
I replaced the solenoids, filter and installed the L-Bracket. Put it all back together and now it is stuck in 2nd?
Any Ideas?

Any codes set now?
Will it do anything different if you manually shift it(with the shifter)?

Do you have any cods now? if not it sounds like the spring fell out from behind the shift solenoid. only one is spring loaded.
