Best/Correct coolant to use..

Best/Correct coolant to use..
Going to flush the coolant on my 99 Eldorado. What is the correct coolant to use? The GM Dexcool or the regular green Prestone? I know it needs 50/50 also but can a guy run like 60/40 being up here in Wisconsin winters? Good advice is appreciated...Thanks
