155hp? thats enough to make a man break down and cry. when you mentioned the supercharged 3.8,i went looking for one and i came across some interesting info. eventually the 3.8 v6, which is supposed to produce 160-200 hp N/A, is to be replaced by a 3.5 DOHC v6 that is to produce 215hp N/A. the 3.5 was built, in the image of the Northstar v8s, for the new olds intrigue, but is to replace the 3.8 throughout GMs line up of FWD v6 recipients. So i wonder if it would be worth it to stick it out with what i got till the new motor drops then swap it.though i found this much info, i didnt find whether it was still a FWD motor and i didnt find out what tranny would be mated with it.

i was talking with a friend and they told me that they had heard about a Caddy engine that produced around 280 hp. he said it was a N* FWD and i think he said 4.9L. im not to sure. have you heard of it? i also found a 4.0 v8 that makes 250hp. it was used for the olds aurora. would any of these work in my coupe w/o extensive mods?

To install 4.9 you need to get 91-93 deville donor car so you get everything you need.

A Cadillac 500 would go in there nicely. The 4.9L is a real decent motor. If you got the right pulley for a SC 3800 Series II, you can put out close to 290 HP. You could always look at a LT1, LT4, LT5(if you could find one), LS1, LS2, LS6, LS3, LS7. LS7 is the one almost everyone wants 500HP, 505TQ.[sm=badbadbad.gif]

Check eBay for some of the stuff you are looking for.

ridetech.com does air ride and oes custom ones too.
