Looks like most of the techs took the long weekend off. Under the passenger seat, girlfriend's/wife's hand cream, etc. Any oder or color?

Radiator fluid light? Overheating? Codes? Bad sensor or connection?

Don't want to sound dumb or igrnorant because I don't know Cateras but maybe the leak under the seat is from the pumps on the power seats. I know my car has 3 underneath my seat. Maybe there are other lines that run around there. You're going to have to do some testing and forensics ... CSI in the b**ch

Outside of hollywood I'd guess not lol. You can't be too sure though, it always better not to have oil laying around in your car like that.

Heater core leaking. The oily substance is coolant. The light is on because the radiator is low. With the car cold verify fluid in radiator not recovery tank. With a major leak, the radiator produces no vacuum to draw from the recovery tank so it stays full. Start the car, turn on defrosters and ck for steam coming from the vents onto the windshield. Also ck for oily residue on inside of windshield.
