members, guests, lurkers ...
the question has been asked and this is my understanding:
when you see messages like these, at the bottom of the webpage,
it means that there are that many "members" LOGGED IN,
and the "guests" means how many lurkers
visited the website in the past 24 hrs but didnt sign/log in.
Active Users: There are 23 members and 612 guests.
Active Users: There are 9 members and 296 guests.
