I ask for help from Italy: what Cadillac model is it?

I'd guess is is based on a 1958 model as GM brought out the smaller, 4 in total headlight styling in that year.
It looks to me like someone modified it on some kind of photo shop program for drawn pictures.

you can see in your drawing a very distinctive wrap around front windshield, the standard look of GM in '58
