hey guys

am in the middle of helping my dad remove the tired old 390 from my mums 1959 coupe de ville.
we have access to a complete ls1, but am having trouble with a lot of mis information i am finding on the net!

what we are wanting to know is, can this be done with simple bolt in conversion mounts, without major surgery to the crossmember? does anyone offer a kit?
we are based in New Zealand, and subject to having the vehicle certified for major changes, so if engineering is required, thats not the end of the world!
