no electricts, no motors, no spinnning, no pumping.
you are looking at the whole thing, a metal gismo inside the intake hose.

Or its there to shred any imports that might get accidentally sucked past the air filter.

It comes with the kit with the bottle of pills you add to the gas tank after you have filled that with water!
