Exclamation Do OEM Tires Go On Custom Rims Too?

I have 18x7.5" 2 crave no.2 rims on my 08 STS V6 Base AWD and have been driving them on what I thought was the most suited wheels for them, 101W rated wheels and I am starting to see how this might have complicated things. Right about now I'm looking to correct this, The OEM rims call for a 99Y tire but I'm not sure what kind go on the custom rims. If you've seen my other posts then you know that I've been complaining about a squeaking noise coming from my calipers, I think that the W rated tire is being incapacitated by the weight of the car when braking and is causing the caliper to squeak (the slide pins grind, even when properly lubed) but before I go and put OEM tires on the custom wheels I want to be sure that they will be the best fit for them too.
