Default Raising rear suspension on 92 deville?

Hey everyone i have a 1992 deville that i bought today. i have 20" rims that i put on but they grind against the tire wells when i drive. I was told there there is a lever or something under the car next to the exhaust system on the passenger side that i can pull out to allow more air into the suspension system which will raise the back and prevent my wheels from grinding. I cant find this lever however, could anyone point me in the right direction to finding this? thanks
