making a diagnosis without seeing it is like investigative work, but all we know at this point is that it is a 2000 DTS that has burned out two sets of bearings.

not much to go on.

Default bearing

well its a 2000 deville, 167Kl , i have just replaced the tie rods, everything looked ok, no issues witht he axle shaft or anything. The first bearing I brought went bad in a few months, i got one from advance, no good, went bad again , went to auto zone brought one, that started going bad 3 days after i brought it. I am assuming that maybe certain companies make poor quality bearings. I know i have to get my front end alignment, not sure if that would make my bearing go bad

all it takes is a micron size object of the wrong type in the assembly process to bring a failure.
the task of assembly when it comes to bearings has to be very very clean.
keep in mind the loads these tiny pieces of metal carry.

of course alignment of parts, proper greases, proper load adjustment, are not options.

Default Hub Bearing

I bought mine from NAPA, both left and right a few months apart and thats been 4 months ago and no problems. I bought the $170.00 ea. They have rebuilts all over at the other auto stores but I wouldn't touch those with a ten foot pole.
