Default AMAZING 1973 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD 4 SALE! CHECK IT OUT!

Hey All!

OK… so I really really really don't want to do this but my pride and joy is going up for sale.

Calgary or Airdrie & Area

1973 Cadillac Fleetwood
Comes With Tons of Upgrades And New Parts
RUNS LIKE A DREAM!!

Unfortunately I have to part with this baby. I've owned her for just under 2 years or so and it's time to find her a new home.

I originally bought this car knowing it would be a lot of work. I'm a Parts-Man at Napa Auto Parts and get a hell of a discount so I can't imagine how much retail money has gone into this car. I spent around $9000 (At my cost Which is Cost plus 10%) on it in parts and labor since I've owned it.

I'm asking $7500 OBO for my caddy.

Before anyone says, woohhh, who would pay that? Check out what i've done to it and take a look at the pictures.

To start with, the engine is MINT. As mint as you can get for a 1973 Daily Driver Caddy. It doesn't leak a drop of oil, runs perfect, has lots of upgrades and I've never ever had any engine problems. The odometer has 35,000 miles on it and it said about 27,000 miles when I originally bought it.

The car has a 7.7L 472 Engine. It’s RWD. It has cruise control, power doors, power locks, power seats, power sunroof, power antenna, great heat and air conditioning. The only thing that doesn’t work is the power antenna. Everything else works great. The sunroof is a little slow but it opens and shuts no problem. The car is fully sealed and doesn’t leak at all when it rains, snows or hails, etc, etc.

Here is a list of what I’ve done to it:

- Brand Spankin New HID (High Intensity Discharge] Headlights With Ballasts, etc. ($350).(These Lights Are Amazing. They are the 10,000k lights that look bluish/violet). (What other old caddy has these??)
- New Premium Brake Shoes
- New Premium Brake Calipers
- New Premium Brake Pads
- New Premium Brake Drums
- New Premium Brake Rotors
- New Premium Wheel Cylinders/Seals, etc.
- 20 New Lug Nuts
- New Premium Center Link
- Bairly Used 15” Indy 500 Tires
- Really Nice 1969 Cadillac Hubcaps
- New Platinum Autolite Spark Plugs
- New Premium Ignition Wires
- New FlameThrower Ignition Coil
- Rebuilt Carb
- New SupremeFX Battery ($280)
- New Chrome (High Amprage) Alternator With Blue Glowing LED’s inside of it. ($600)
- Converted From Points to Electronic Ignition
- New Thermostat
- New Washer Pump
- New Wiper Motor
- All New Belts
- Brand New Dual Exhaust with 2 Dynomax Mufflers ($1,100)
- Completely Rebuilt Rear Diff With Lower Gear Ratio ($2,200)
- 3 Nice (Blue Glowing) gauges mounted inside the car (see picture)
- A Really Nice thin (Blue) LED strip above the gauge cluster. Looks amazing at night.
- 5% Tint on the back 3 windows.
- Nice white caddy symbol on the back of the car.
- Nice Cadillac decal in old english on the front of the car.
- Brand New “Hertz” Speakers in the front and the rear of the car. (Sounds Amazing) ($500.00)
- Stereo Install ($1300 + Speakers)

Honestly, there’s probably more but that’s all I can think of as of now.

Like I said, it runs great, the heat works great, the a/c works great. Mechanically it runs almost perfect. Great for anyone that wants a nice old caddy for a daily driver or even a project car.

A few days before I parked it, I heard a minor pinging noise. It's coming from a bad u joint so I'm going to replace a couple of those before I sell it.

There is some minor rust. Nothing major. A little here and there but for being a 1973, I’m extreamly surprised at how little there is. I’ve been underneath and through that car a hundred times and theres no hidden rust what so ever. The car is very solid.

The interior is great. I kept it very clean. It could use a nice detailing though. There is a few burn holes but not many. I tried not to let anyone smoke in my car. Ocasionally it happened.

The car was broken into a little while back. Thank god they caught the guys. I hope they got what was coming to them. They didn’t even take anything. I spent $500 on a new window and had it shipped up from the USA.

As I mentioned above, the car has new front and rear “Hertz” speakers. I went to Mobile Audio Concepts on 32nd ave and spent around $1800 for the speakers and the stereo install. If you want a wicked stereo, ALL of the wiring is ready to go. I even had them cut a custom hole for a deck. Simply hook up the deck, hook up your amps in the trunk and your good to go. The power wires, ground wires, RCA cables and speakers are ready to go. The harness for the deck will have to be rewired of course but that’s easy for any stereo guru’s.

Did I mention that I have reciepts for just about everything? I have a file folder full.

Here are the pictures:

So there you have it…. I hope someone is interested. Unfortunatly I’ve come into some money problems and have to get rid of my favorite hobby. Here's my Contact Info:
