We need a "Devils Island"

The French had it right for once. We need a "Devils Island." Some remote spot in the world like "Guantanomo Bay" or "Diego Garcia" to lock up all our condemned killers and "life with no parole" prisoners.)
That would make more room to lock up the locals who would do us harm. (At least for the few years of their sentences.)
