Hello everyone. Today (10-21-08) I noticed a very good drop in gas prices. I got premium gas from Sonoco for a whooping $2.69 per gallon. That is still to much but after paying $4.29 a gallon the $2.69 seems pretty darn good. Now I hope the bottom falls out of the pricing market.LOL

Jono, I would be happy with $4.50 a gallon for gas for my SUV if I could get back the one hundred and twenty thousand dollars I have so far lost "on paper" in my blue chip well diversified IRA retirement account this past month as the price of gas has plummeted.
I've "crossed my fingers" and look forward again to four dollar gas!

I agree with hyperion, I'm down 40% and I am ashamed to quote that in dollars so I won't. Worst part is I am in Canada and our economy is good we just set an all time record job creation in September and no where near a recession BUT all these bank failures in the US and CNN gloom and doom scares people into thinking it's in Canada BUT it's not so stop selling your$hit people.

It was predicted that gas would go down to $1.50.

This could not have happened at a better time.I need to fill up the F-250 and tow the racecar to Savannah next weekend. I was dreading the 10 mpg at $4 a gallon, but $2 isn't so bad.
