this should be a new thread, because it doesn't relate to this one. Do you have a "Fisher Body Manual" for this car? If you don't you should get one. There a lot information concerning fit and finish along how to take it apart and put it back together. There is a manual on ebay now. Unfortunately instructions will take too long too type and post. I would suggest getting manual.
