Ihave 2,its a tie between Night of the Living dead by George Romeroor House on HauntedHill w/ Vincent price for oldies.

The new gore filled so called movies I would say the best is..... I don't really know, I haven't seen a new Horror film that actually scares you rather than grosses you out in the past decade. So I will have to think about that one........maybe The Hills Have Eyes remake takes the cake for me for the blood n guts category.

The original "Alien". Classic Sci-Fi, Horror. Built suspense by what you DON'T see. Not ALL blood and guts but the "chest burster" scene... Wow! Hard to believe that was 30 years ago! Man, am I geezin"!

Haha, I have that movie, it is a masterpiece. Yeah I will agree on that with you, the gore doesn't make it a good movie its the acting n mystery with some horrific happenings throughout the movie.

Hmmm that reminds me, The Thing, aJon Carpenter remakewhich was originally "The thing from another planet" I believe???(some body will have to correct me on that or verify that is right). The thing was a good one too, havent seen much like both of those movies since their releases.
