Default General Robert E. Lee

"It appears we have appointed our worst generals to command forces, and our most gifted and brilliant to edit newspapers! In fact, I discovered by reading newspapers that these editor/geniuses plainly saw all my strategic defects from the start, yet failed to inform me until it was too late."

"Accordingly, I'm readily willing to yield my command to these obviously superior intellects, and I'll, in turn, do my best for theCause by writing editorials - after the fact."

Robert E. Lee, 1863

Maybe he should have listened to them...

Last I checked, he was on the losing end of his war.

That one may be over, but the US is still at war with one tribe of American Indians that never signed a treaty, and were never defeated.

That indian tribe will surrender as soon as they are granted the rights for their own "Casino."

Don't think so, because they already have 4 casinos and more recently they just bought all of the Hardrock hotels world wide. These guys do not need the US or state government. The state government needs them because right now they get butkus. Additionally, the dept of the interior told the state of Florida to negotiate with them or the feds will give them whatever they want.

How 'bout that. Big bad US Army couldn't beat the Seminoles.. Think the everglades had anything to do with that?
