Default Post new treads. don't resurrect old ones

Everyone wants to contribute which is ok, however resurrecting old threads(1 or more years old) can get your new concern or question overlooked. The exception would be you originally started old thread and are updating. The idea is to get your concern noticed not tack on to the end of an old thread that may not get read to the end. Just my thoughts, it seems there is a lot of resurrecting going on. Instead of new threads about more resent concerns.
