Just bought a new ATS standard Thursday night and have a question about adding remote start. I bought a standard 2.5 with no options. I wanted the remote start and I was told by my salesmen I could add it for about $300 with labor. I called today to have it put I and now they tell me $540 installed.:confused : The accessories book shows .5 labor and today they tell me its actually 2 hours to install. I've read on this forum that people are getting these installed for $75 to $100 labor. Another dealer told me they need to check my vin to see if its even possible. Can someone tell me what all is involved an the install and what I need to tell my dealer to get this done? Thanks in advance.
