Default Hi Eveyone.

I have a 94 cadillac concours with 50000 miles and I'm to upgrade my cassette to a cd player. But, Best buy and Circuit City says that they would have to rewire all the speakers because of the bose system. Has anyone else had similiar problems if so what did you do to fix it.

couldn't you just a get a Bose CD system? Like the ones that some of the Auroras have with a cd and cassette?

youd be amazed at how often systems arent compatable with each other. i dont knwo for sure that the aurora system wouldnt work, but ive seen head units that came out of the same year and model, that wouldnt interchange.

Guess they just like to make everything harder than it has to be Worth a shot, though, if it's equipped with Bose, there could be a compatible Bose.
