My father has a crimson colored 1995 Sedan DeVille with 67,000 miles on it. Interior and exterior in excellent condition. However, the frame is rotting, rear coil springs are broken and the brake lines are rusty. Obviously this is due to not driving it enough. I would like to sell the car and am looking for a buyer. Any suggestions?

I would suggest parting it out, not worth trying to get it back into a safe condition.
