Cadillac susspension parts - where to find them?

Default Cadillac susspension parts - where to find them?
I am looking for drop arm links and susspension arms for my Cadillac bls 1.9d. Does anyone know where to find the parts for this car ? Can I buy Saab susspension parts instead, will they fit - are they the same ? Thanks!
