My Escalade's USB will not recognize my phone (Samsung S4) or my MP3 player (Microsoft Zune) is anyone else having or had this problem and if so, what was the fix. I already have a remedy ticket in with Cadillac to try and resolve the issue. Resetting the vehicle back to factory setting didn't fix the problem. What can I do? I would like to use my usb for something other than just charging.
