2000 Seville SLS one daytime running light/low beam (drivers side) burns dim the other nice and bright. I use xenon bright bulbs and have for years without a problem. I swapped the bulbs from side to side and the drivers side still burns dim. Anyone run across this problem or no what the problem may be? Any help greatly appreciated.

 

I don't know alot about Xenon bulbs ~ I did price them, and although it may be worth it they are very expensive. I wish I had them. But dont they come with a ballast similiar to florescent lights? If so, did you swap the ballast to the other side as well to eliminate it as the problem?
