Car overheated while running AC on major hwy, pulled over to cool down, continued trip, had new radiator & thermostat installed, still overheated, took to Cadi dealer said need new engine due to possible crack cylinder head, took to local auto mech said gasket head failing, car was a gift from my son w/no car pymts, want to keep, runs good, still using to get back & forth from home to work (approx 30 miles). Go over 30 miles car overheats, pls help.

 

Get a new/used engine if you want to keep it will cost upwards of $3000+ to fix the current engine.

I have the same problem still owe 4500 on my Seville took to the dealership and was told its not my headgaskets but waterpump changed tht still overheats purge line not flowing fast but flowing so idk Wats going on dnt want to pay 90 to go back to the dealership
