1976 Convertible issue
1976 Eldorado convertible issue.
The top will open ok but it is hard to close it will raise up halfway and then stop. if i give the top assistance by pulling it manually while keeping the swith on it will fully raise however this is not possible if you are on your own. do i have a Motor or a relay issue ?
