I have a 3.6L, '09 CTS and the manual transmission is slipping when I hit the gas. The car is already in gear, my foot is not on the clutch. I took it to the dealer and they deny there is a problem, they said, "it is within specs" which is crazy. When I push on the gas I should get accelaration, not see the rpm's jump up and the engine race...anyone have this issue. This is a new issue, the car only has 15 k miles on it...

 

Sparky, have you looked in to going to another dealer to see if a fresh set of eyes might help in getting this diagnosed?
