when i replaced mine, they found one within 1500 mi of the old one. i know in Pa. if it is off my too many a sticker need be applied to vehicle. im not sure if yours will auto adjust.... i dont believe it will.

just talked with service..... if replacing with new cluster, miles are set for you. when replacing with a used, find one close to yours, mile wise. states do keep track of miles, so watch what you do as far as state inspections, etc

What cause the a/c and heater both to be on at the same time? This is on a 1996 cadillac deville.

Instrument clusters need to be programed with the mileage of the car. Cadillac Dealer can do this for you usually it runs about .7 labor hours.
