OK,,My water pump went out on my 03 Deville(bought used!). Dont know how hard car was driven so thats my fault. I would not think a pump would go bad in 3 yrs and 70,000 miles but you never know,,,anyway I had the local Chevy dealership fix it. Good idea since it requires a special tool to remove a housing over it. Most non GMC repair places will not have this tool. I hope the new one lasts longer than 3 years!
