transmission has no second gear

transmission has no second gear
02 deville codes p0741 p0752
the problem i am having is the car will not shift into 2nd gear at all
i can drive car and it will shift 1st to 3rd and 4
in order for it to shift to 3rd you have to wind 1st out to about 2500rpms then a hard shift to 3rd
then i drives normal
you think if i replace shift solenoid that will fix my problem or do i need a new trany
