Hello,
I recently bought a Seville STS, first registered in Germany Feb. 1998, so it`s most probably a 1997-model. With the car I did not receive the keyless entry device (beeper), only all the necessary keys. I want to buy a new (or used) device via the internet in the USA. Question is: how to program the device to my car. Here in Germany, it`s not so easy to find a Cadillac expert, the only garage, I had the chance to talk to, offered me a new "beeper" for approx. 250US and the programming for additional 300$. I very much appreciate a better way to solve the problem.
I also have in my possession the "beeper" of my recently scrapped 1994 Eldorado. Might it be possible to program this device to my car.
