2 part question. I've tried finding info in internet but have failed miserably. I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX. y latch to fold down the back seat has broken. I assume the cable is disconnected or broke?!
How do I access it and fix it? Do I need to take to a dealer? If access is through back seat how do I remove the panel without destroying the fabric?
I appreciate any and all feedback and suggestions. Thank you!
