Default Need help. Swap from 350 on 307

At the beginning I wanted to apologize. My language is very bad.
The problem is that I have a 1983 Cadillac DeVille that was 250cu DFI has changed a few years ago Oldsmobile 350cu engine ('77-80).
Now, the engine died and he wanted me to change it to another. I have a good opportunity to buy 307cu RWD brungham (about 85-86r) in very good condition. I am not experienced in this subject and I wanted to ask whether the gearbox will fit. This is a four-speed gearbox, I'm not even sure what model (possibly with a THM 350).
As accessories to the engine? whether from my 350cu can match: alternator, starter, carburetor, etc.? Could be some technological problems with swap?
Sorry for the stupid question but i need rapid response
Regards

It should be a straight bolt in. If 350 does not have electric carb you will need to use carb and distributor for 350. You will notice a loss of power with the 307 / 5.0L compared to the 350.

So you say that it should match?
Gearbox will be not doing any problem? However, because 307 is less than 350
Starter is on the same side?
Thank you very much
edit
engine, which I can buy works on the gearbox th200-4r. There will be no problem with connecting it to the gearbox which I have (th350 or th200)?
With the carburettors and distributor will not be a problem...
Thanks again for your help
